Getting Started
ProxiPro is a platform that gives trusted professional relationships in real estate and home services a permanent place to live. It connects real estate agents, lenders, insurance professionals, service providers, and homeowners through the referral networks they've already built: organized, visible, and easy to share.
Instead of letting trusted connections fade after closing day, ProxiPro keeps them useful and accessible throughout the lifetime of every home.
ProxiPro serves three groups within the home and property ecosystem:
Professionals: Real estate agents, lenders, and insurance professionals who want to stay connected to clients between transactions and share their trusted networks.
Service providers: Contractors, plumbers, electricians, roofers, landscapers, and other home service businesses that want to grow through trusted referrals rather than competing with strangers.
Homeowners: People who want to find trusted professionals through the relationships they already have, instead of relying on anonymous reviews or guesswork.
Visit the Get Started page and select the account type that fits your role: professional, service provider, or homeowner. You'll complete your profile, add your contact information, and begin building your network. The setup process takes about 10 minutes for most users.
ProxiPro offers account options for each type of user. Homeowners can access their trusted networks at no cost. Professional and service provider accounts include a range of features with plans to match different levels of use. Visit the Get Started page to see current pricing and what's included in each plan.
For Agents, Lenders & Insurance Professionals
Once your network is built in ProxiPro, you can share your full trusted professional network with any client in a single step, via a link, email, or directly through the platform. Clients receive an organized view of every professional you recommend, organized by category, so they can find the right person when they need one without having to ask you every time.
ProxiPro keeps your professional profile visible to clients throughout the lifetime of their home. When a client needs a roofer two years after closing, they open ProxiPro and find your recommended roofer, which keeps your name and your network top of mind, even when no transaction is active.
It's the difference between being someone a client remembers fondly and being the professional they actively rely on long after the deal is done.
Yes. Your ProxiPro network is yours to build. You can add any professional you trust and recommend, including lenders, insurance professionals, contractors, attorneys, inspectors, and more. When clients access your network, they see every professional you've personally added and endorsed.
For Service Providers
ProxiPro puts your business inside the referral networks of the real estate agents, lenders, and insurance professionals who already trust your work. When they share their network with a homeowner, your business is there, not as a cold listing, but as a trusted recommendation from someone the homeowner already knows.
That's a fundamentally different kind of introduction than competing on a lead platform. It comes with built-in credibility before you've said a word.
Service provider accounts include tools for managing the day-to-day operations of your business alongside your ProxiPro network. This includes estimates, invoices, team management, forms, client communication, and payments, all in one platform so you're not juggling multiple tools to run your business.
Networks on ProxiPro are built on existing relationships. If an agent, lender, or insurance professional already knows and trusts your work, they can add you to their network directly. Creating a complete, professional ProxiPro profile makes it easier for the professionals you already work with to find you and add you, and gives them something polished to share with their clients.
For Homeowners
When you access ProxiPro through a professional you already trust (your real estate agent, lender, or insurance professional), you'll see their complete recommended network organized by category. Every person in that network was personally added by someone who already has your trust, which changes the nature of the introduction entirely.
You can browse by category, explore individual profiles, and contact the right professional directly, with no anonymous reviews and no guesswork.
Yes. ProxiPro does not sell your data or share your personal information with third parties for advertising. Your account information is used only to connect you with the professionals in your trusted network. You can review our full privacy policy for complete details.
Your Account
Log into your ProxiPro account and navigate to your Profile settings. You can update your name, contact details, profile photo, service categories, and any other information from there. Changes to your profile are reflected immediately across your network.
You can manage your subscription from the Billing section of your account settings. If you have questions about your plan or need help with a change, contact our support team using the form below and we'll get back to you within one business day.
On the login page, click "Forgot password" and enter the email address associated with your account. You'll receive a reset link within a few minutes. If you don't see it, check your spam folder or contact support.
